 I know it can be to prioritise yourself when you have a baby, which is why we've designed a program that allows you to work out with your baby with other mamas.

My program is specifically tailored to new moms who are looking to regain strength and tone their bodies after pregnancy and childbirth. I will guide you through safe and effective workouts that target your core & pelvic floor.

 My workouts are baby friendly and if your baby gets fussy, no problem! You can take a break to tend to their needs and then jump right back into the workout.

Our Mommy and Me postpartum barre, yoga, and strength training workouts include:

  • 60-minute sessions of either barre, yoga, and strength training exercises or a mix of a few.
  • A focus on postpartum-specific exercises that target your core, pelvic floor, and other muscles that may have weakened during pregnancy and childbirth.
  • A supportive and welcoming environment where you can connect with other new moms and receive guidance and encouragement from me.

These workouts are designed  for moms who´s youngest child is at least one year old all the way up to adults.  Recent research shows that it takes at minimum 2 years for you body to recover after childbirth and even 7 years to feel closer to yourself pre children. That's why we've created a program that focuses on building strength and not forgetting to activate the muscles that have been most affected by being a mom.

I am a certified trainer experienced in postpartum and mom fitness and will guide you through safe and effective exercises that target your core, pelvic floor, and other muscles that are essential for your overall well-being.
