I am here to help you take care of yourself during and after pregnancy with fun and effective workouts as well as guidance during the postpartum time.

 

I have designed pregnancy and postpartum workout programs as well as fourth trimester courses to help you do just that! Everything from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

 

As a mom of three who worked in the corporate world for 17 years I know finding the time and motivation to workout while pregnant AND postpartum is challenging. During pregnancy it can be both scary and confusing to know what you should and shouldn't do when it comes to working out. 

Once the baby actually came I didn’t feel the same in my own skin and was so frustrated that I couldn't just jump back into the workouts I knew and loved.

 

I decided it was time to educate myself and learn what types of exercises I needed to be doing for my body at that point.

 

I went from being disappointed with myself to knowing what my body actually needed. I went from feeling annoyed and that I had to "skip" certain exercises at the studios to excited to finally have workouts designed for my body.

I felt like I just had to create a pregnancy program that I both loved + felt right.
